How to reapply if it’s less than 2 years* since you last applied (*Two years means within four exam windows, including the one for which you were approved):

To calculate the two-year span mentioned to the left, use as a starting point the first exam window for which you were approved.

Update your online profile (personal and employment contact information) in the CAPS system.

Select the Education Pathway for reapplicants that says:   “I was already approved and am reapplying for eligibility to take the exam” and follow online instructions.

How to reapply if you have to cancel the Exam, but know when you want to take it

If you are delaying/canceling your exam and are within your 2-year approval (To calculate the two-year span mentioned above, use as a starting point the first exam window for which you were approved.):

Be sure to notify Prometric Testing of your change in plans at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.  This timely notification will allow us to hold your exam fee for a future exam window.

How to reapply if it’s more than 2 years since you last applied
